What a shock to hear today of the passing of Marvin Hamlisch. What a lovely man, so humble and so talented but how wonderful for us that he leaves behind such a great body of work that we can enjoy for all time. My condolensces to his family and friends. RIP Marvin and thank you for your legacy.

I saw the play but I honestly think that a wide release is too late as it has now dated. It does however need to be seen by a wider audience and I hope that a tv movie does get made. From what I have read of Mr Kramer he sounds like a stubborn and difficult man and maybe if he changed his attitude a little and became more open to 'adaptation' this project could see the light of day.

Release Me and the new Jason Gould EP
Absolutely love the new album and am already looking forward to the video version of 'Just For The Record' that Barbra touches on in one of the films. I have also just bought the new EP from Jason Gould and I am simply blown away with how good it is. I really hope that he releases a full length album very very soon. (followed by a tour). I remember travelling 200 miles on the train to see him perform in London in 'Twilight of the Golds' a few years ago and waiting outside the Unicorn Theatre afterwards for an autograph.Read more »
