I loved Barbra on the Academy Awards last Sunday night. She was the highlight of the show. She looked stunning in her dress too. I have been a fan of Barbra's for over 40 years and she just keeps getting better with age. She's as smooth as melted buttah.

I am also a singer who has been singing for 45+ years and no matter how experienced or seasoned of a singer someone is, one of the hardest tasks is to memorialize someone you've known and loved for a very long time. Barbra really held it together nicely in her memorial to Marvin Hamlisch. It was the highlight of the Oscar evening.
