I too thought he had a genius mind. I saw him on the stage in Albuquerque and marveled at the way he used his mind to create great music from just someone humming. His humor was warm and bright.

I met him in May, 2012, in a lounge at JFK Airport. We spoke and I took a picture with him. We laughed about my recognizing him. I was napping and I heard his voice and recognized him.
