On hearing that sustained angelic movement from the first to the second line from Smoke Gets In Your Eyes from BBC radio, I cannot believe that at this point, Ms. Streisand has just again given me the surprise of my life. I almost cried... No one can deny that she is the epitome of song interpretation. And yet, it is something that she cannot teach in a college class. It is something that only time and experience has taught her. And we are all lucky she is sharing her gift with us. Thank you Barbra for being my girl. Here's to Life!
