now, i know barbra has a bad back, but wouldnt we all LOVE to be able to see barbra on the stage again? i was to young and didnt know of her when she had her 2006 concert, but now i love her and would do absolutly anything to see her in concert! who here agrees that barbra needs to have another concert sometime in the near future? like this summer maybe? she needs to have a concert also because of her new album "whatr matters most." who wouldnt want to see her sing her new album live!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I think Barbra should produce and release an album/cd and dvd of her top 24 live performances - and call it "24 Lives" - amazing to listen to, even more awesome to watch and listen. These would span her entire career - from the first Happy Days through Ed Sullivan and Judy Garland shows through her Village Vanguard. Select the best performances of her top songs. Why 24? Her lucky number. Yes, some of these are on youtube - but the quality is poor. By producing this project, the quality could be signficantly improved - could be the 'master class' for all singers.Read more »

PBS Concert

I am sitting here working on my website for my nonprofit and watching Streisand on PBS at the same time and my site is better because of this performance which is simple with her and 4 musicians, elegant in her dress and hair style and intimate with her connection with the audience. I know a lot of people are sad because they could not see this in person, including me. This is similar to the some of the Friday night concerts they have at Philadelphia’s Museum of Art, elegant and intimate. I now have guidance for my nonprofit, simple and elegant, with a caring message.Read more »
