Very well done, as usual. The facts about women and heart disease are astounding. Even I, a health care professional for 40 years, was not aware of the enormity that health disease has become in women's health. Thank you for bringing the knowledge to so many people. The benefit at a minimum will be life-saving for generations to come. Who knows what the maximum might be! Brava!!

I was ironically doing research for a book I am writing
and I discovered that it is a known fact that eating Almond's five times a week can reduce your risk of heart disease by as much as 50% which is incredible!
Another irony is the fact that in Yentl which I watched again the other night, my favorite and blessed film of all time, there were three references to Almonds. Twice you mentioned Almond cookies and once Almond cakes. Incredibly an Israeli friend of mine sent me recipes from Jerusalem after a true miracle happened between us in the old city of Jerusalem. She had no idea of this Yentl connection. So it is really amazing!
My Grandfather, who I never had the honor to know, died of heart discease brought on by a hazing incident in college. He left his Bible behind which I am using to complete my book. He was only 57. I just wanted to share this amazing miracle food with you.

I said it once I will say it again Bravo!!! Barbra for everything you have done for womens health issues, a few years ago I never would have thought the main killer of women is heart disease. I watched this video and I could not believe some of the things that Dr. Bairey Merz was saying. I just turned 52 have I made some changes you betcha, I was a little overweight to this day I have lost 14 pounds I'm so happy. I try to walk everyday which to me is the best thing anyone can do woman or man. I'm eating healthier. I'm one that believes eating in moderation is the key as well. If you like certain foods thats great just eat a little less. If everyone would eat that way I don't think there would be as much obesiety in this country. don't eat out as much cook at home I think is very important for staying healthy, for me I have to be very careful what I eat because I have a history of Kidney Stones so for me there are alot of foods I should avoid and these are foods I really love, but the pain you endure its not worth it.
