and Barbra held a note that seemed to go on for ever ,this is the mark of a true professional.
and i site this every time i hear anyone talking about other female singers.
thankyou for bringing happiness and joy into my life through wonderful music and films.

I really hope Barbra reads these posts. I am 42 yrs old and for the first time, I just watched the movie, "The way we were". That movie touched me so much that I am watching it again, the very next day. I never knew she was such a tremendous actress. I love the chemistry between Robert Redford and herself. The character who played Roberts college girlfriend, couldn't hold a candle to Barbra, as she is amazingly beautiful, with eyes so penetrating. Barbara if your reading this, your truly beautiful. Also lucky to have locked lips with a young Robert Redford, wow he was gorgeous. I bet that was fun.

I forgot to add, your voice is that of an angel. The song "The way we were", sticks in my head all day. I absolutely love the song, but wished the movie had a happier ending. I love your voice. Wish you would come to the Alaska Performing Arts Center.
