I have been a fan of this brill lady since i was a child,as my mother was and still is a big fan,i am now 43.I am a english lady who now lives in Turkey.
I would love to go and see Barbra in concert but...why are the ticket prices so high?I do not have alot of money when a new album comes out or a dvd i buy it,i have a good many cds and dvds of barbra's music and films but when it comes to the concerts the fans the real fans can't afford to go.It seems the film stars,pop stars etc who claim to be fans can afford it go and alot of them are there because it is like a status symbol.
I am sure there are other fans like myself who are disheartened by the fact WE buy the dvds and music and yet get the rough end of the deal.
If it is possible can the powers that be think of this if Barbra ever does concerts again definatly in england
