I agree about the casting of Nick Nolte. But I still don't understand what Elle McPherson did in that movie!? Models are not actresses, no matter what they think. I get embarrassed everytime they appear on the screen.

Barbra does have good instincts about her leading men though. Robert Redford, Ryan O'Neal, Jeff Bridges, Dustin Hoffman, Walther Matthau, Mandy Patinkin, Richard Dreyfuss, Omar Sharif, James Caan. She needs strong and charismatic lead actors to balance a movie out.
