Hi there!

There are thousands of adoring fans in South Africa who I have no doubt are dying to see Ms. Streisand perform live! I would like to start a FaceBook fan page called 'Bring Barbara To SA' - if I can get more than 3 000 South African fans to 'like' this page please will she come and perform here?

Otherwise, are there any plans to visit? PLEASE come & fulfil mine (and many other's) dreams!

What a fest of you we've had recently - firstly your 2006 concert DVD's - just made available in SA, followed by the release of Love Is the Answer (DeLuxe edition - of course!!), then your BBC interview with Jonathan Ross was aired here ... and this weekend I was following your auction at Julien's (I'm also a Stickley admirer). I'm guessing that with the $8750 that went to the Foundation for your extra A (fantastic) we'll soon be knowing you as Brbr Streisnd?
You mentioned in the Wossy chat (it wasn't really an interview - you and he seemed so at ease) that you like playing new places that you've never done. Well, I can think of one whole country where you've never performed .....
Just for the record - I've been a fan since I first heard you sing "Cry Me A River" (that was nineteen-sixty-something, and the record bar assistant insisted that only Julie London sang that song - she'd never heard of you) and "Miss Marmelstein" (I never did believe that you were born in Madagascar and raised in Rangoon Eye-wink .......

Hi Barbra

I was very lucky to be at your concert in New York on 11 Oct 2006 with my sister. We had an absolute ball and were thrilled to hear you sing. I was very excited when the 3 DVD set came to South Africa 2 weeks ago and we could re-live that night. You are still the only artist that I can listen to every song on a CD and enjoy it to the full. Since seeing you in A Star Is Born and becoming a fan immediately it has been great following your career and waiting for new movies, CD's or DVD's to come out. I am always excited when there is something more to see about you or hear you sing. There is no other voice in the world like yours!!! Good luck for the concert coming up and I hope that the fans that have the opportunity to see you realise how fantastic that is.
