fave barbra albums
I can't get the album ~What About Today~ by Barbra, out of my head. I guess I listened to it so much when it came out, many moons ago, it became a part of me. Well, I guess Barbra becomes a part of you, and is you, and that's why I love her. She portrays something in me, through her singing, that I didn't even know was there. Thanks again and again Barbra.

I've only joined this site, because I couldn't let myself NOT say thank you to Barbra in a public place.
Favorite Album? I wallow in ecstasy over all the 'Guilty' series. You try and avoid getting carried away with 'All the Children' with Barry Gibb.
Even if you don't like....(damn! Guilty Pleasures just ended. 'Guilty Too' now running to keep me going.)..... an album, you can sit and admire what must be the greatest Vocalist EVER!
No, I don't mean the greatest voice, that's subjective, but for vocal skills, Barbara leaves me awstruck. She can sing songs within songs, that leaves word singers in her wake.
I doubt we will ever hear her like again.
