Beauty, harmony, dignity, hope and gratitude that´s what comes to my mind when I look at these photos, read about the event and think about it´s significance.
because somebody cares and is giving a lot of energy and financial support to a case which focuses on such a key issue for women, all the women, because health issues are common to everyone and everywhere.
I can see beauty and harmony in the setting and decorations which clearly show your great choice and taste Barbra, another chance ( after your beautiful book ) to see the careful touch you leave on things around you.
The special guests and the importance of the goal of this gathering evoke the feeling of dignity and respect and along comes a hope that this effort will really bring great results – the hope of better health care for women.
Gratitude – that´s what I feel as one of them
Love Is the Answer, What Matters Most and Follow Your Heart – clear messages.
Another message I hear is that health is a luxury we often forget to appreciate and our heart is a diamond that we should care for. And we shouldn´t forget to care for each other as well.

What a great theme! Very nice pictures also. Your essence is everywhere, from the tent set up, to the vegetables, lol.
Heard that it was a great success- how awesome for the Research team, and for Barbra!
This is a very important cause...just received news a few days ago, my last sibing will not make it. Everyone else is already on the other side of that rainbow waiting for me. All gone before 53. That leaves me, the "Last of the Mohicans" in this world, lol. The odds are not in my favor, as I am now 51, but, I am believing that I will break this cycle. lol. Keep pushing Barbra, i'm proud of you girl....

Barbra is simply gorgeous...as usual(: Gosh, she just makes my day. Such an amazing woman is she to care so greatly and put her everything into this fight for women's heart disease. She continues to inspire me in ways so beyond imaginable every single day, and words will never be able to describe all of my love and admiration for her.

I cannot put into words how appreciative I am for posting these pictures. People do many "illegal" things to give them a "high". All I need is to see a picture or hear about Barbra. As Kris Kristofferson said "It's the rush you feel when you hook into a really big marlin".

Thanks for posting these photos. Everything looked beautiful (of course!) The cocktail buffet table was a great display of the all vegetarian choices combined with an Early American motif. I wonder who eventually won the auction bid to attend? Would love to read their comments of the evening. As for me, I'll see her at The Barclay's Center in October!
