Well Barbra, it's been 43 years since I first saw you sing in person in Vegas. 42 years since we met and chatted. I would love so much to see you in Vegas this time, but that's not possible, gettin up there in age. We will both be another year older on April 24th. It's been a long time, and you've brought so much joy to my life. I want to say "Break A Leg Girlfriend" on your tour, but at our age that just may happen, God Forbid. FAB-U-LOUS BARBRA!!! I have been a fan for forty years and have seen Barbra twice in concert. Unfortunately, I am unable to make it to her concerts in October but look forward to the release of "Release Me". Also looking forward to the videography DVD set that is supposed to be in the works. When will it be released, Barbra?

Wow, I just listened to "I think It's Going to Rain Today" just incredible. I also just read the amazing review on www.broadwayworld.com I don't know how I am going to survive until this Vinyl and CD are released. The review in Broadwayworld was a total rave and went on for 6 printed pages.

It basically described the album as a masterpiece and beyond. Barbra, I am so eager to receive this new Vinyl and CD that I am going to buy a turntable now, as I will not be able to wait until October 9th to listen to it. Usually, when you release a CD on Vinyl it is concurrent or after the CD. I buy it as a collectible and never open. This time I will have to buy 2; one to play and one to collect.

I am amazed at how much we have to look forward to this Fall and Winter. You accomplish more in a year than most do in a lifetime. We have the new CD, the concert, which I will be attending in Toronto, "The Guilt Trip" on Christmas day and I pray every day production begins on "Gypsy" soon.

Thanks for making each day brighter and full of joy for me and millions. By the way, your PSA you produced and directed: "The heart of the Matter," is amazing. I was so amazed at how you narrated it yet never stated it was you. I hope to see that PSA on television soon, as I know it will help your cause of bringing Heart health awareness to millions.

AMAZING VOCALS.! Barbra's voice is so rich and colorful. Singing along with just a piano, Barbra's voice equals her usually 55 musicians that Im used to see in her concerts. NOBODY else can sing like this. I love so many different singers and many different kinds of music, but this voice is why Barbra has been a best seller / star for over 50 years. This voice ... so pure ... so expressive ... timeless. NOBODY else can sing like this! Truly, a gift from God ... and a gift to US who have listened for over half a century!

I really liked it, Barbra, especially with the conversation and original quality of sound from the master. It's very interesting to get a glimpse into the recording session world. That really draws me in. And certainly the vocal is intimate and close to the heart, like a whisper into the beloved's ear. Beautiful: thanks for continuing to hold the standard.
