Oh dear its at times like these that I wish I lived in the States, rather than Ireland!
I'm sure for whoever wins the tickets, it will be the experience of a lifetime.
My husband came home from work the other evening with the news that Barbra and Robert Redford are getting back together to make another movie. Wow!!! 'The Way We Were' was the first movie that we went to as a couple. It is without doubt one of my very favourite movies, but then it does star my favourite leading lady and my favourite leading man. It is a film of enormous beauty! Two comets from outer space colliding; he can do the whole 'earth thing', but she can't!!!

I have written short story, The Alchemist From Allihies' (an artist who lives at the edge of the ocean in West Cork, Ireland). I am in the process of writing the screenplay, and when I heard that you guys were getting back together again, I slipped into fantasy land for a while, thinking, how wonderful it would be if you guys fell in love with the story and emailed me saying, 'Maureen, we just gotta make this movie with you!' (Like Hollywood huh?)

Anyway, of course, that would be absolutely amazing and I do believe in miracles, but I am just SO SO GLAD, that you guys are back together.
