Dear Barbra,

Congratulations again for your nomination in the 54th Grammy awards. I wish that
you will continue to hone your craft and inspire a lot of people that including me. I am only
22 years old but ever since i was a child, I was drawn to your magnificent voice. This album, a tribute to the great alan and marilyn bergman is a true testament of your unwinding talent. I wish this inspiration will strengthen me as i continue to explore here in the states. mwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a songwriter/composer in Nashville. I received Ms. Streisand's new album for Christmas. What a beautiful presentation of vocals, lyrics, melodies, arrangements and orchestrations. She deserves five Grammys (not two). The fifth song, "Alone In The World", brought me to tears. Ms. Streisand's vocals have never been better. I plan to buy a CD for the lyricists and musicians who work with me.

Dear Barbra,
I have been a fan and loved you since I was 6 and first saw "Hello, Dolly!" at the State Theater in Johnstown, Pa. (I[m 48 now, so it's been a long long time!) It was the beginning of a lifetime appreciation of your artistry. I've followed your career ever since.
Through many of the most difficult times in my life and joyous ones I have had you as an inspiration. And I always admired your authenticity.
It was a thrill when you came to Philadelphia on your opening night in 2006. I saw you live for the first time and went again in November of 2006 in Atlantic City.
The most recent album comes at a time in my life when I have suffered a terrible loss. My partner died suddenly this year in February. I came home and he was gone. So when I first heard "What matters most" it spoke volumes to me. The lyric is so pure and so true.
So, thank you for years of wonderful work. Thank you for being inspiring and thank you for helping me to focus on what mattered the most recently....BCS

The lyrics of Alan and Marilyn Bergman as well as the remarkable exhibition of renowned musicologists presented on 'What Matters Most…' are the future of a new American Songbook, and the ingenuity of Barbra Streisand proves its artistic persuasion is safe for a longtime. Future generations will embrace this album with affection for the creative excellence of all involved.

Bravo !

A life long fan here,I am so pleased you were honored with this nomination. This collection of songs is without a doubt your most stunning, heartfelt and my favorite to date. You have called yourself a work in progress.....I wasn't sure that you could get any better...you proved yourself once again to be worthy of the word "Artist" Hugs,Julian

Congratulation, dear Barbra! I loved the album What Matters Most from the first few tones and have never stopped listening to it. Miraculously united still varied and colourful, full of human warmth as well as of penetrating clairvoyance - that´s what comes to my mind and this could go on and on and so if there was a "Fan Garmmy" you´d have already had it, that is clear Smiling. I am keeping my fingers crossed!!!

Go girl....! Congratulations. I am sure you' re gonna win these nominations too. What matter most is what you offer: Good Quality.

Wow! No surprise here. I actually didn't know for sure you were nominated but googled "streisand grammy nomination 2011" and there you popped up. Sweet! I'm always very happy to see the music I love and have loved all of my life get the recognition it deserves. Well done! One of the best moments of my life was seeing your show in San Jose from my second row seat. I cried and I laughed and I stood in disbelief. Thank you for so much.

Yes, congratulations to Barbra! I am so excited for her. WMM is currently my favorite Barbra CD. This CD touches me in a way that I just can't explain. Could anyone imagine that she would be back at the Grammys in 2012? Yes I did. All things are possible when you put your heart in it. She captured my heart with her performance of "Evergreen". Three days after the Grammys I lost a nephew to gun violence. I needed to know where was the love. Barbra continues to spread the love with her music. For God is love. This has been such an amazing year for her. In 2012 it will only get better. 24 plus one is good. Good things come to those who wait. It would be nice if she performs one of my favorite songs from the CD. That would include all of the above. It is difficult to have only one favorite. I would love to be there. I hope her staff has an affordable sweepstake offer.

Congratulations! I know you'll win Smiling It'll add to your collection Grammy's you've already won Smiling

From the moment I heard the promotional Mp3's from "What Matters Most", I knew it was a Grammy contender! When I heard the CD on the day it was released, in my mind, it became a Grammy winner. I don't know what we can do to influence the voters, but, if there is anything, I'm all for it. Congratulations again, Ms Streisand, for producing and "starring" in one of the best CD's I've enjoyed in years! Every song is magnificently performed from the first note to the last! I sincerely hope to see you accepting your next Grammy in February! And thanks again for the memories!

PS: See you on December 8 in LA. I'm flying from Florida to fulfill the #1 item on my "bucket list" - Barbra Streisand LIVE!

Congratulations Barbra!
I said with the release of "That Face" and "Windmills" that this cd was going to be Grammy Material! Especially when I heard the echo at the begining of "Windmills", I said that's genius! Your prediction about the Grammys still can come true- maybe this was the nomination you were feeling for 2011.

And still proud! Do your thing! Your great at doing your thing! Love you always,
