Who ever are the "deciders", will Afghanistan still turn into another "Vietnam" if our troops are not aloud to win? I am very concerned that we cannot just pull out of the country without losing face with the rest of the world.

I do not think the President or anyone else wants to end up in another war like Vietnam.
