Congratulations to the winners! What a cute photo. And rotten raspberries to the losers...that would be anyone who complains the contest is "rigged" or "unfair". There were at least five ways to win a ticket to the Vanguard for this culturally historic occasion. Some involved skill (the pixel puzzle), some involved the luck of the draw and one involved the very subjective selection of a cute pet photo. I think the photo of my pet was cute, too. Killer cute. But someone else --perhaps someone very important!-- thought differently.

That's how it goes. In the meantime I bough the deluxe CD and am looing forward to watching the concert right here on my computer, in my lap, with a glass of nice wine and my gorgeous and very cute Dalmatian by my side.
