Re: Enter the "What Matters Most" Pre-order Contest and you could meet Barbra!

Barbra,

I just purchased your forthcoming CD "What Matters Most." Thank you so much for including the two songs with it. I have been playing them continuously since I downloaded. I must say you have done it again. I listened first to "The Windmills of my Mind." I had never heard before and when you started off singing A- capella I was spellbound. What an amazing song with you singing it so movingly I could feel the emotion coming through the computer. The lyrics are incredible as well, now I see why you love the lyrics of Alan and Marilyn Bergman so much. Next, I played one of my favorites "That Face" Wow, what a rendition. I love how you start off slow and then go into a jazz arrangement then end slow. Again, I was spellbound and got chills all over from both songs. I assume you chose "That Face" as the composer was the man who introduced Alan to Marilyn. I don't know how I will be able to wait until August 23rd to get the CD. Thank you for starting off my day with such joy and beautiful music. I think this CD will be one of your best as you really put your heart and soul into it, as you do for everything. This time you have such great material to work with and no one can interpret music like you. You always manage to make me happy and smile even when the day is dark. You are an American treasure.

Everyone was happy this morning the dogs were listening to the songs with me and were spellbound as well. Also, you can make flowers grow as I was listening to the songs the buds on the flowers opened up that are sitting in the vase on my desk.

I wish you continued success in all you do I am sure this CD will enter at #1 just like
"Love is the Answer." I included a picture of Gypsy in my last post in this post I will include a picture of Gavin. He is named after John Gavin. My first Rhodesian Ridgeback was named Sadie and she lived to 12.5 years. She was a real champion and I miss her dearly. Thanks for making the world a better place every day.

Again, Happy Anniversary in advance.

Best Always,
Jeffrey Freedman
