Until recently I was an Elementary School Teacher in Albuquerque, NM. I had a doctor's visit with a PA. She took an interest in my last 2 year blood pressure readings and shared them me. The combination of work-related stress, unhealthy food, lack of enough exercise had taken its toll. Within six weeks, I submitted my resignation as I was turned down for a job transfer. This was devastating to me and my family. I am thankful that the PA took a closer look at my medical condition and put me on blood pressure medication.Read more »
