Well, no doubt, they did!
Ordering online here last beginning of octoberI finally get the news today (almost 3 months later), that the item is not available. (update! The Paramount syndrom lol)
Months of waste time etc.
Doesn't matter I am less and less concerned.
If the team of Ms Streisand reads this, know that the customer service signs BarbAra customer services lol. 50 years around in films, music etc doesn't make it or so it seems.
Sure many people would LOVE to work for free (not me) and would NOT do such mistakes...

would you mind making things work?
over 2 months to get a stupid item and not only nothing's received here but also never got answers to my queeries. So unprofessional whoever is concerned. Choose better the people dealing for you. YOU are responsible.
