I love this site and just found it. We own the blue marble egg from Funny GIrl and enjoy having it proudly displayed in our home. It has been in my home since it was given to me in 1975 or 1976 by a costumer designers for the studio. Until it was given to me, it sat in a warehouse with other props and sets from movies and TV shows. It is gorgeous and has no flaws- as I have treasured it since the day I received this priceless gift. It is quite common for our guests to comment about the egg looking, "just like the blue marble egg from Funny GIrl" and we reply, it is "the egg". I have enjoyed reading the postings about a fabulous woman and her incredible career. How could anyone not admire her for her work and her philanthropic spirit?
