Jazz Cafe London, UK

Now could you imagine if Barbra did The Jazz Cafe in London for 150 fans and also other venues in Paris, Berlin, etc...
an un-plugged world Tour for the new album.

If she can do that, she will definitely consider singing in a traditional teahouse in Beijing.

It would be a wonderful idea to do a "mini"-tour in some big cities in Europe... But I think it wouldn't be possible..,

There was that posting on Barbra's facebook about non US fans and more competitions....mmmmm....still no word yet. I think Barbra would get so much press if she did London and indeed a few other Jazz venues. What a launch to the new CD. We will have to see.

It would be great if Barbra could appear in London Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club especially as it's the 50th Anniversay this year. Perhaps Diana could join her, Diana is at the Royal Albert Hall on the 28-29th Oct. She has a few days free before her next concert.

As I said in a previous post, I do think an acoustic tour to promote this wonderful new album, would be an unforgettable experience.

There are so many important and terrific jazz venues around the world. Japan, London, Berlin, Vienna, Beijing , Paris, Barcelona, Argentina, Brazil and of course all the major US cities. It would even be more interesting if Diana Krall could make a special appearance, playing the piano perhaps or performing together. Also , Diana's trio is amazing. Terrific musicians. Anthony Wilson recorded an album with a wonderful brazilian composer and guitar player, Chico Pinheiro (www.chicopinheiro.com.br), its one of my favorite cds, check it out if you guys are interested. So in my view , maybe Barbra could perform either with her own band or with Diana's. Fans would be able to get a double experience. As in the past tour, where the marvelous Ill Divo was a guest performer, maybe, this time, it could be Diana Krall and her trio...what a bonus!

I think she seems to like revisiting places - so maybe a one off concert at the Prince Of Wales Theatre would be good. Or for a more intimate setting the Music Room at The Royal Pavillion in Brighton.

Steve3dreams -- I like the way you think -LOL

What a cool idea! Yea, Barbra, unplugged.

I would love to hear her sing in such a setting.... can you imagine?!

A tour in small clubs all around the world, just for fans... That would be an event (and would push the album sales!)

Can I make a wish? A concert in my city: Milan, Italy – at the Blue Note (yes, we have an official one!)
That would also be a great way to repay all Italian fans who didn't have the chance to hear Barbra sing in Rome in 2007 (Italian organizers made a disaster and the concert was canceled).

Anyway, I could fly all around the world for Barbra (in fact, I did it: in 2000 and 2006 in NYC, and in 2007 in Paris...), but it would be wonderful to welcome her in my stylish hometown!
