I'm also from Brooklyn and live in L.A. and I've seen Barbra live about 12 times starting with the Stars Salute Israel at 30 and both NYE "opening" nights in Vegas. I haven't really spent much time in Brooklyn since I left so this is a "homecoming" for me too! I'm "thrilled and delighted."

I could write a few nicley crafted paragraphs to kvell about this album, but I'll just say that this is indeed "Simply Streisand!" My favorite track is "All Alone in the World" but her version of "Nice and Easy" sounds like the perfect first dance for a couple at their wedding. It makes me want to get married!
Along with "Love Is the Answer" and "Christmas Memories" one of Barbra's three masterpiecs since "The Broadway Album."

About a year ago, I was at The Abbey in West Hollywood. The DJ was spinning a bunch of contemporary songs, Katie, Perry, Justin Timberlake, Rhianna, etc and people were grooving to them. Then he put on "Enough Is Enough" and the energy level of the place went through the roof! So awesome that amongst Summer's wonderful work is this classic with our Barbra.
