when I was young my mother took me to see "On A Clear Day Your Can See Forever." barbra streisand sang and flowers grew - and i believed it!

i had a dream not long ago and, in it, barbra streisand sang "Sam, you made the pants too long," in a nightclub. now. in the present. it's a song i heard her sing on an album in our old neighbor's house in new york. (they owned italian restaurants, so, of course, i always thought they knew exactly "what time it was.") then i read she was going to do a club date. hmm. pretty trippy. wonder if it's on the play list. if not, it should be.

diana krall is an awesome musician. ("Live In Paris!" Gimme a break! ) So excited to see what these two great atists come up with.

I looked for Parade Magazine in four different stores and couldn't find it. I had already read it on line but wanted my own copy. Anyway it was a great article and she looks great! I just heard the whole song of Here's to Life. BEAUTIFUL! I can't wait to get my copy of the new cd. Right now I have been listing to the Butterfly CD and People. I love Guava Jelly and from People, I love Don't like Goodbye's I put it as my ringtone. I have a six Cd player in my car and all have Streisand in them. From Yentl to the Broadway Album to Emotions! I can ALWAYS listen to Streisand and I can't wait to get the new Cd and put it in my CD player! Streisand is the best singer she brings so much great emotions. Her songs make you feel great and I have to say her Butterfly album is sexy.

This was a wonderful interview. I have always just loved watching Barbara in her movies, but, I tell you her voice is totally unbelievable. I listen to her in the car and I cry... her voice is so beautiful and so alive. thank you Barbara

Oh I can't wait. Just a few more hours and I'm headed out to buy at least 50 copies here in Denver. She is more beautiful than ever. I can't wait to hear 'Love is the Answer". Her voice calms me in such a way none other can do. She is such a sweet sweet soul.

I've never seen her perform live and probably never will, but I still believe in dreams, and maybe my dream will come true one day.

I became a fan at age 11 when I saw her in "The Way We Were" 23 times. My Father ran the movies at the Capri in Montgomery, AL. I watched it everytime it ran all 23 times. It was then, that I felt her soul, and totally fell in love with her beautiful voice.

Barbra has nonpretentious beauty! She is not full of botox and rail thin. She has always been herself. No one else can replicate her talents, beauty, and intelligence. Although several try. I grew up in a family of nine children and we all loved Barbra. My brother named his car, "Daisy", and I would always wash the interior for him. My gift was to see Barbra's movie, if one was coming out. I didn't realize as a child what a great gift that was. I thank my brother Tom for that. Loree Hofmann (Ulbert)

Sometimes I think that Barbra could have got their artistic faculties only to become famous and this way be heard. Because if hearing her singing or watching her films is a great pleasure to listen her points of view about life cause even a deeper emotion.
