I have read what many of you have to say on meeting Ms. Streisand: It is practically impossible.
I have one question for you:
Has Ms. Streisand, ever, in her entire career, ever said that something was impossible? Ever?

I am sick of people telling other people what they can or cannot do. It is one of my dreams to meet Ms. Streisand, and I will do everything socially acceptable to do it. It is one of my dreams to make a difference using my voice and my words. Are you going to tell me otherwise? Dreams are here for a reason, to become reality. Anyone on this forum who wants to meet Ms. Streisand, the key is to believe it will happen. Belief is more than half the battle. And this goes for anything in life. I can think of countless examples.

So please, before you tell another person what they can possibly do, don't. You don't know what someone is capable of. Only one person knows what you're capable of doing and that's you.

So take heart! There is always hope and besides, if someone tells you something along the lines of "You can't...", this is the best reply...

Don't tell me not to live! Just sit and putter! Life's candy and the sun's a ball of butter! Who told you you're allowed to rain on my parade?!
