Make Our Garden Grow
Hi.
I am trying to find "Make Our Garden Grow", and am having a hard time finding it. Which album is this song on, I hope it is recorded, I just can find it. Hopefully someone will answer! Thanks, Lisa

Lisa, as far as I know, it was recorded but never released. I caught it on You-Tube a few months ago; it's a video of Barbra in the recording booth, and it is wonderful. The song is from a musical version of CANDIDE that was written by the late Leonard Bernstein. The last note, well, Barbra holds it for 19 seconds ! It rivals what she did in Yentl, singing a "Piece of Sky" at the very end. Try googling "make your garden grow" if you don't have any luck on You-Tube. Yes, this stunning recording of Bernstein's beautiful song is only on youtube. I hope that Barbra will make a CD of her many unreleased songs.
