I received an email for the "Fan Club Pre-Sale" for the October 23 concert at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. I logged into Ticketmaster, entered my code and purchased what I though were 2 tickets in section 321. In error, I only purchased 1 ticket and was charged the fan club price of $328.00 including service charges. When I realized my mistake I went back into ticket master and purchased 2 more tickets and only thing I could find were floor seats in row 18 (seats 39&40).

Recently I noticed that the seat next to the single seat I purchased for $328.00 in section 321 is available at a cost of $90.00 to service charge which comes to $106.00 dollars.
I called ticketmaster and they said that they cab not do anything about the cost of the ticket. They tell me that I was charged the fan club price.

Ms Streisand, I don't know what to do. Nobody really wants to accept any responsibility. So far I have spent about $1300.00 on your concert and I haven't even entered the venue yet. I have been a serious fan since childhood and was lucky enough to see you in 2006. But seriously, I am very disappointed in how I have been ripped off. I am stuck with a $90.00 ticket that I paid $328.00 dollars for.
