What's Up Doc To Be First Streisand Movie on Blu-ray

Warner Bros. announced today that WHAT'S UP DOC is coming to Blu-ray on 10th August 2010. This is the first Streisand movie that will be released in high definition format. Barbra recently spoke to BroadwayWorld.com about her favorite Broadway Love Song: "The first song that comes to mind is Rodgers & Hammerstein's "If I Loved You" from CAROUSEL. It's just about the most perfect love song written for the theater. I admire the intelligence of the lyric's premise -- two people each too shy to express their love, so they couch their true feelings in the form of a question, and then pretend it hardly matters...when of course they know it does. Barbra Streisand to auction items for charity

LOS ANGELES — Want to lounge in a wicker chair from Barbra Streisand's sunroom? Perhaps wear one of her designer dresses or tinkle the keys of her baby grand piano?

Your chance is coming in October, when Streisand will auction more than 400 personal items to benefit her charity.
